By now, many of you have upgraded to our latest version and are enjoying the fresh and streamlined user experience. If you haven’t done so yet, I encourage you to make the switch to stay up-to-date with the latest enhancements and tools we have to offer.
Now, let me share some exciting developments with you. We are in the final testing phase of our Credit Bureau Integration project, in collaboration with SharperLending. This exciting addition will enable you to request Credit Bureau Reports, retrieve the PDFs, and even automate the completion of debt schedules within Credit Analysis. This time-saving feature will minimize data entry errors and reduce the risk of overlooking outstanding debt when analyzing your borrowers’ financial health. As soon as the final testing is complete, we will release this version, so keep an eye out for future announcements.
Another highly requested enhancement is the ability to customize spreads or integrate commonly used internal spreadsheets into different areas of the system. Your feedback matters, and we’ve listened! The back-end configuration of our custom spreadsheet tool is complete, and we are now working on the front-end implementation. This tool will empower you to import your organization’s existing spreadsheets into the Square 1 Credit Suite configuration area, allowing your team members to access and complete these spreadsheets through our product. We’re thrilled about this tool and have even given some of you a sneak peek! We are also diligently working on a potential solution for the requirements related to Section 1071 of The Dodd-Frank Act, and we are keeping a close eye on legislative efforts that may repeal these requirements for most of you.
